During my stay, the room was impeccably designed with multiple private balconies, offering stunning views of the vibrant atmosphere outside. I was greeted with a glass of local Moscatel wine, which added a wonderful local touch to my arrival. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring locally sourced ingredients that really set a delightful tone for my day.

Positive, Beautifully designed rooms with unique art. The breakfast had a delightful spread with fresh and local ingredients. The staff were extremely attentive and even walked us to a nearby restaurant to make sure we were taken care of. Loved it! 😊

The staff are among the most courteous and helpful we've ever encountered.

During my stay, I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite frustrating when I needed to stay connected. The absence of an elevator made lugging my bags up the stairs quite the challenge, especially after a long journey. Additionally, I felt the room amenities could be updated. for instance, I had trouble getting the fridge to work without an additional key.

how could anyone rave about this place? they expect guests to climb stairs with heavy bags, which is just absurd. i also couldn’t get the fridge to work without a second key—i mean, c'mon! as an important guest, maybe a room upgrade would have been nice. i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.
